Q.How should it(deep packet inspect) be handled ? or if it shouldn't be done, then what instead?

I believe that Deep Packet Inspection is great security function packet network equipment to mange the online network where constantly copyright infringements are happening in silent without any notification on online network. Therefore, "DPI is currently being used by the enterprise, service providers and governments in a wide range of applications" (Bendrath, 2009) because enterprise wants to unauthorized users out to prevent any copyright infringement. However, enterprise and government which used DPI should be careful with people's privacy because in order to prevent copyright infringement they can not invade each person's privacy. Also they should know how to handle and does not go over the fine line between privacy and copyright because DPI could easily brings up privacy concerns since DPI "involves the inspection of information sent from one end user to another" (Office Of The Privacy Commissioner) If enterprise and governments keeps DPI information in private instead of giving or selling to other companies to use as data collection for advertising tool. Also especially, government should be more careful how they use DPI, not to 'control' their citizens but to mange any 'unlawful' information flows. I believe DPI is excellent tool to prevent copyright issues in information society where people always connect and interact with each other on online
